What is my payment options?
Following payment methods are available:
Payment card - VISA and Mastercard
Pay with invoice 14 days - We will send your invoice together with your order.
Klarna acccount - Split your payment over 12 months.
Direct payment through your bank - Swedbank and Handelsbanken. Log in to your bank and the payment will be made directly.

Can I feel safe when I pay with my card.
3D Secure is a technology that verify that who is dealing with your card is really you. 3D Secure verifies you as the cardholder, it is less likely that your card is used fraudulently. The technology means that your card issuer or bank identifies you when you use your card when buying online. You enter a password or code when making a purchase via the encrypted communication as is controlled by the card company through a dedicated security server.
Why am I not able to choose invoice?
We provide invoice as one of our payment option through Klarna AB. Klarna will check your credibility when you choose invoice and confirm your order.
You have to be at least 18 years old to choose invoice as payment method.
The address seems to be wrong, when Klarna invoice is chosen we only send to your home address.
You probably stated incorrect personal number. Note that your personal number has to match your home address.
Klarna (our invoice partner), can not give you credit.
When do I receive my refund?
Depending on your payment method your return will be corrected in different ways. Did you pay your order with your VISA or Mastercard your refund will be transfered directly to your accaount in ten days after that we received your return. The same goes for payment made through direct payment thorugh your bank. Did you choose invoice when your purchased the sum of your return items will be credited.
What is the delivery time?
All items in the shop we in stock (if nothing else is stated). If you confirm your order before 3.00 PM (weekdays) we will send your order the same day.
How do I return products?
To return items:
Use the return note that comes along with your order (also enclosed in your delivery confirmation e-mail).
Fill in the return note.
Send the item/items in a suitable package or use the bag you received your garments in. Put the return note together with the returning items.
Send the parcel to us.
When we received your return your refund will be transfered to your account or the sum of your returned items will be credited on your invoice.

What is the return freight cost?
The return freight cost is 39 SEK inside Sweden. If you got an incorrect item, the return freight cost will not be charged.
